Two. The motherboard can power but has no memory self-checking sound.
1. Check if the CPU power supply is well connected.
2. Remove the heat sink of the North-South Bridge and touch with your hands to feel if there is a heat, including power chips, I/O chips, clock chips, etc.
3. All peripherals of the motherboard are unplugged, including board card, VGA line, KB line, hard disk line, leaving only the necessary power supply line of the motherboard. Then unplug the power in memory to see if the motherboard has an alarm sound, like 3680, insert a buzzer test.
4. If you unplug the memory without alarm, clear BIOS to see if the motherboard has alarm sound.
5. Remove the CPU radiator or fan and touch the CPU with your hand if it has temperature.
